Hi Paul, The blinds arrived early this morning, and are already fitted!!They look beautiful, and set off my newly fitted kitchen perfectly.I must tell you that a local blind company quoted £200 for the same material, the same sizes and with just a basic roller blind (not spring loaded or with eyelets) - hence our enquiry to your Company and the reason why we chose to buy from you!! Hi Paul.  Just a quick line to say that the blind arrived as scheduled and the fitter came this morning to fit it.  Although I did instruct my mother to get him to call you he said that this was not necessary and just went ahead and hung it anyway.  I have just had an email from my mum saying that she is absolutely delighted with her blind and it looks fabulous.  The fitter commented that it was of excellent quality so she is super-chuffed.  I will be calling in to see her tomorrow so I will get the chance to see it for myself then.    Thank you so much for the time and trouble you have taken to get it right. I know it took rather longer than we had anticipated to get the order completed but as I kept stressing to my mother, the fact that you wanted to get the mechanism operating faultlessly speaks volumes for the standard of your customer service.
